About

Breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed malignancy in the world.  Over 2 millions cases are diagnosed each year.  It is the leading cause of cancer death in women in the world.

In the United States, it is the most common female cancer and the second most common cause of cancer death in women.

Screening

The majority of breast cancer in the United States are diagnosed via an abnormal screening study.  This provides evidence that screening studies, such as mammography reduces the odds of dying of breast cancer and allows for the use of early treatment.

If you had an abnormal breast imaging study, give us a call at (954) 233-0913 as  soon as possible to schedule your consultation appointment.
